Focus issues in audit of central government accounts
The Court of Audit has indicated in a letter to the House of Representatives of 11 February 2014 how it will consider the so-called focus issues in its audit of central government accounts, which will be published on the third Wednesday in May (Accountability Day).
The House has asked the government to pay extra attention to decentralisation and combating fraud in its annual accounts for 2013. It has also asked the Court of Audit to focus on these issues. The Court explains how it will do so in the letter.
