University real estate management open to improvement

Real estate management and its supervision by supervisory boards at Dutch universities are in order but could be improved. The Netherlands Court of Audit reached this conclusion after auditing the real estate management of six universities. The six were selected so as to give a good view of the variety of real estate in the university world.
