Room for underspending in Accountability Audit
The Netherlands Court of Audit informed the House of Representatives by letter of 28 September 2023 how it would deal with the focus issue chosen by the House for the Accountability Audit 2023.
The House has asked all ministers to consider in their annual reports the achievement of results in relation to underspending (for instance due to the tight labour market).
In the letter the Court also informs the House of the sub-topics it will consider in its Accountability Audit for 2023. This comprehensive audit will be published on 15 May 2024.
