The budget that central government will transfer to municipalities for the decentralisation of exceptional medical expenses assistance has on the whole been calculated correctly
The budget for 2014 would be €2.8 billion. The Court of Audit has audited the calculation and commented on a number of figures and assumptions underlying it, such as the assumed effects of the personal budget measure.
