Court of Audit launches website on the audit of central government accounts
The Netherlands Court of Audit launched a website on 29 May 2013 to present the findings of its audit of the central government accounts for 2011 and 2012.
The website (verantwoordingsonderzoek.rekenkamer.nl) provides:
- an accessible and complete summary of all the audit findings
- comparisons among the ministries
- developments within the ministries
- a search function based on subjects, key words and categories
- all relevant documents, including related publications issued after Accountability Day
- all figures for every budget article
The website will be periodically updated. As from 2014, the Court of Audit will present the findings of its audit of central government accounts on the website at verantwoordingsonderzoek.rekenkamer.nl rather than on paper. For the time being, the website is available in Dutch only.
