Minister of Security and Justice lacks insight; poor coordination of crisis management organisations
The Minister of Security and Justice (V&J) does not have sufficient insight to determine whether and to what extent public authorities can actually protect citizens and businesses against disasters and crises. Alignment and cooperation is necessary to ensure that the crisis management organisations use public funds efficiently. It is also uncertain how much public money is spent on the National Safety and Security Strategy.
