Consideration of the UN goals in the work of SAIs
Arno Visser, the Court of Audit’s President, last week gave a speech at the triennial International Congress of Supreme Audit Institutions (INCOSAI) held in Abu Dhabi.
He considered the role Supreme Audit Institutions can play to help governments achieve the UN sustainable development goals. SAIs, he said, could map out government intentions and report on the progress made with their implementation.
