Geert van den Goor joins Audit Advisory Committee
Geert van den Goor has been appointed to the Netherlands Court of Audit’s Audit Advisory Committee effective 1 January 2024.
Mr Van den Goor is currently Group Managing Partner at Valcon, a European consulting, technology and data company. He has previously worked for such organisations as the Accenture consultancy. He has considerable experience in oversight roles, including as a member of the Supervisory Boards of Rotterdam Eye Hospital and, until recently, of the UAF foundation for refugee students.
The Audit Advisory Committee advises the President, Board and Secretary-General on day-to-day management of the Court of Audit. Geert van den Goor succeeds Philippe Raets, who has now completed his maximum term of office.
