EU Trend Report 2016: What do EU funds achieve? More input from member states needed

On the publication of the EU Trend Report 2016, the Netherlands Court of Audit argued that, with 80% of the EU budget being spent in the member states, the individual countries should do more to show what EU funds achieve.
